A Week of Progress
This week was huge fore the Wood Enterprise Institute (WEI) team. Both from a marketing standing point and production standpoint things continued down a good path. The marketing team had a very important meeting with President Timothy Sands this week. He is the president of the university and has shown great interest in seeing the table. The table will hopefully be on display Cheatham Hall this week in order for the Presidents viewing and support from other visitors.
As for the production team, a lot of final design decisions were made. Some of the things that were finalized were things such as dimensions or finishing options. This allowed the team to really begin production of the complicated parts of the table. The team was also able to divide and conquer on production. Members of the team started to communicate on how their parts will fit together. The team hopes to have the first table done in the next couple of weeks.
The next steps for the WEI team is to complete the first table in order to better harmonize the process and to get the first table sold. This will be a huge bridge for the team to cross; however, they are ready for the challenge!
